Common Questions
How do I cancel Methodwise Plus?
If you subscribed in the iPhone app, Apple manages your subscription: open the iPhone Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Methodwise. You can also tap Manage Subscription on the Account screen in the app. If you subscribed on methodwise.co, sign in and go to Pricing, then Manage Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before your trial or billing period ends to avoid the next charge.
I subscribed but Plus isn't showing.
Make sure you're signed in to the same Methodwise account you subscribed with. In the iPhone app, open the Plus screen and tap Restore Purchases. Plus can take up to a minute to switch on after you subscribe.
How do I get a refund?
Apple handles refunds for subscriptions bought in the app. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. For subscriptions bought on methodwise.co, email us.
How do I delete my account?
In the iPhone app, tap the person icon at the top of Ask, then Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account, saved chats and history. Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription billed by Apple, so cancel that first in your iPhone Settings. You can also email us to delete your account.
I can't sign in.
Use the same sign-in you used before: Apple, Google, or email and password. Each one is a separate account unless they share the same email address. If you forgot your password, tap Forgot password on the sign-in screen.
What does the free account include?
15 questions a month, the Learning Map, and all guides and videos. Methodwise Plus adds worksheet photos, What's Coming Next, unlimited questions and saved chat history for $9.99 a month after a 7-day free trial.
Which grades and subjects does Methodwise cover?
You can ask about kindergarten through 8th grade math, reading and writing, science and social studies. The Learning Map covers kindergarten through 2nd grade reading and math, with more grades on the way. What's Coming Next covers reading and math for every grade, K–8.
